Once a upon a time…
There was a woman who lives in a vibrant city
She was swamped with so many problems
A family to feed, the bills to pay, to survive
 
She worked at a restaurant, cleaning the dirty dishes
And in the evening, she worked on the street, selling hot food
Every day and every night
 
She comes home, exhausted, feeling drained
She checks on her two sleeping children
She then prepares their breakfast
 
As the mother works the small cramp kitchen
Cooking and cleaning
In the early hours of the morning, she heard a noise behind her
 
Her son, the oldest, a brave young boy stood behind her
He rubs his tired eyes, grinning at his mom
Rushing forward, he hugs her tightly
 
While mother and son hug, the boy kisses her forehead
and says…
“When I grow up, Mama, I want to be just like you”
 
She shakes her head, blinking her tears away
“No my little man, you must be better than me, maybe become a businessman”
He smiles, and says…
 
“No Mama, you are the best person in the whole world…
You love, you care, and you try your best to make us happy…
And I want to be just like you.”
