You’ll find shrines everywhere in Bangkok. All sorts of shapes and sizes, which also includes statues and figurines. After wandering for hours in the bearable heat, I came across the shrine outside of Central World. People were on their knees and cupping their hands, showing their devotion, lost in their private thoughts.
