You are busy with your endless work, busy with your friends and colleagues after office hours, you are busy with making loads of money to enjoy the luxuries of life. I don’t see any problems in engrossing yourself in whatever you fancy, nor do I see an issue that you have a right to enjoy the refined lifestyle.
But I do think that you cannot take a step back to understand that many people are in need of basic rights of others. They are homeless, hungry, have no access to clean drinking water, among many other basic needs and rights for survival.
OK, now that you understand the basic issues, you should ask yourself this: With all your expertise, intelligence, money and resources, how can you play a sustainable role in helping those in need?
