Questions you should ask yourself:
In what ways does your government support or promote young people’s participation in decision-making? What are the successes and constraints to youth participation?
Are there any NGO programs or activities, which promote vulnerable youth participation in decision-making?
How do young people learn about their rights and responsibilities as citizens? Through in-school or out-of-school activities?
In what ways does the government promote youth associations? What support is provided? Is support provided by NGOs and private sector as well?
If you don’t have the answer, stop wasting time, go demand an answer from the government.
