Someone mentioned to me that when you are in Bangkok, you can never be alone. Oh hell, I am alone now. However I do appreciate the feeling of solitude, this craving for not wanting crowds and the constant congestion of Bangkok&#8217;s streets. Just for tonight.<\/p>\n<p>My travel for this week has taken me deeper into the city&#8217;s back lanes and into the wet markets. Don&#8217;t let the picture fool you. I took that above picture sometime ago, and it was not in Bangkok, but in Kuala Lumpur.<\/p>\n<p>Tourism seems to be picking up here, compared to a few weeks ago. More and more tourists flock the city, many come in groups while others are\u00a0accompanied by the temporary Thai girlfriends. Not that I am\u00a0judging, merely a reality of life.<\/p>\n<p>I have been able to catch up on my naps, not really expecting the usual 7-hour-sleep.\u00a0Travelling does this to me. My adrenaline goes on overload, and my mind is alert, constantly. Thinking of making a trip back to Kuala Lumpur though. Some matters need my attention, the same old boring shit bills to check and payments to be made. Unavoidable, I guess. Maybe in a couple of weeks.
