เห็น Why CISPA Sucks พูดถึงเรื่อง #CISPA เลยตามไปเก็บรายละเอียดมาสรุปไว้ เนื่องจากได้ทวิตออกไป เลยขอเอาข้อความที่ทวิตไว้ มารวมไว้ ณ ที่นี้แทน เรื่อง #CISPA เป็นเรื่องที่เกี่ยวพันกับชีวิตเรา แบบเดียวกับที่ชาวเน็ตต่อต้าน #PIPA #SOPA มาแล้ว #CISPA เป็นชื่อย่อของกฏหมาย ที่มีชื่อเต็มเก๋สุดๆ ว่า Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (อ่านเพิ่มเติมได้ที่วิกิพีเดีย)       In short CISPA would allow companies to spy on Internet users and collect & share this data with third-party companies or Govt agencies. ก็คือ มันเป็นการให้สิทธิผู้ให้บริการ ช่วยเก็บข้อมูลของผู้ใช้บริการแล้วส่งต่อให้กับบริษัท 3rd party หรือ ส่งต่อให้รัฐบาลหรือหน่วยงานรัฐ โดยอ้างเหตุผลว่า จะต้องมีการ spy user เพื่อป้องกันเรื่อง cybersecurity หรือไม่ก็เพื่อความมั่นคงแห่งรัฐ และ เพื่อศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชน #CISPA นั่นละเมิดต่อ user มากกว่ากฏหมายด้านลิขสิทธิ์อย่าง #SOPA #PIPA เยอะ บริษัทที่สนับสนุน[...]
