โดเมน .xxx เตรียมตัวเปิดให้จดแล้ว แต่แบ่งเป็นช่วงเวลาตามเงื่อนไขดังนี้

• Sunrise A (Trademark) – สำหรับผู้ที่ทำธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการให้ความบันเทิงสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ และมีเครื่องหมายการค้า
• Sunrise A (Grandfathering) – สำหรับผู้ที่มีเว็บไซต์สำหรับให้ความบันเทิงสำหรับผู้ใหญ่และมีโดเมนแบบ gTLDs และ ccTLDs อยู่แล้ว
• Sunrise B – สำหรับผู้ที่ไม่ได้ทำธุรกิจด้านบันเทิงสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ แต่เป็นเจ้าของเครื่องหมายการค้า และต้องการจดเพื่อปกป้องเครื่องหมายการค้า อนึ่ง ค่าบริการจะเป็นค่าบริการที่ชำระเพียงครั้งเดียว

.XXX Sunrise and Pre-registration

Phases:

• Sunrise A (Trademark) – Members of the Adult Entertainment Industry with verifiable trademark rights
• Sunrise A (Grandfathering) – Owner of exact matching domains in other gTLDs and ccTLDs under Adult Entertainment Industry
• Sunrise B – Applicant outside of the Adult Entertainment Industry with verifiable trademark rights who wish to block their name in the .XXX from registration, one-time fee
• Landrush – Members of the Adult Entertainment Industry, no other qualification requirements needed, not first come, first served

Sunrise A (Trademark)

• For member of the Adult Entertainment Industry with trademark or service mark registration of national effect issued prior to 1 September 2011.
• Domain name applied need correspond and match to the trademark or service mark
• Multiple eligible applications go to auction.
• Sunrise fee is non-refundable.
• Applicants are required to authenticate as member before awarded the domain or proceed to auction 48 hours before the end of Sunrise, authentication email will send by registry. Failed to do so, they will lose their application and no refund provided.

Sunrise A (Grandfathering)

• Domain name must have been registered prior February 2010, active and operate a website under Adult Entertainment Industry.
• Domain names primarily used for parking, link farming or forwarding to a site operated by a party is not eligible
• Multiple eligible applications go to auction.
• Sunrise fee is non-refundable.
• Applicants are required to authenticate as member before awarded the domain or proceed to auction 48 hours before the end of Sunrise, authentication email will send by registry. Failed to do so, they will lose their application and no refund provided.

Sunrise B

• For trademark or service mark registration of national effect issued prior to 1 September 2011 who wish to block the name from registration.
• Domain name applied need correspond and match to the trademark or service mark.
• One-time fee is non-refundable.

Landrush

• Multiples applications go to auction.
• Landrush application fee is not refundable.
• Applicants are required to authenticate as member before awarded the domain or proceed to auction 48 hours before the end of Sunrise, authentication email will send by registry. Failed to do so, they will lose their application and no refund provided.
